Coach Conrad has been in the academe for seven years. Presently, he is affiliated with Singapore School Manila teaching Cambridge International Advanced Subsidiary (AS) and Advanced (A) Level Biology and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Biology Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL).

He was Top 2 in the 2013 Licensure Examination for Teachers for secondary education.

He has been a LET coach for six years, handling General Education Science, Professional Education and Biology subjects. Prior to taking the LET, he passed the Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE).

Currently, he is taking his master’s in Educational Leadership at University of Asia and the Pacific.

He continues to live by the challenge to teachers that he posed in his LET Oath Taking speech: to seize the role of a teacher with energy, determination and excitement and expect nothing less than transformation.
