Coach Joanne is a graduate of the University of the Philippines. She is one of the very few English majors who make it in the roster of topnotchers. She ranked 10 in over 28,000 examinees who took the 2012 LET. She has been a language teacher in both Filipino and English.

She has been a MindGym coach since 2012 and now part of the RevYou Hub team, coaching in English and Principles of Teaching, EdTech and Curriculum Development.

She is currently working in a multinational IT company as a team leader of technical writers who prepare user guides and other technical documents accompanying the software.
