Scott Ralph B. Paña graduated Magna cum Laude with a degree of BS Clothing Technology from the University of the Philippines Diliman. He initially worked in the product development and creative side of the retail industry before becoming a teacher. He was a high-rater during the March 2016 LET and worked as an art teacher in a private school for elementary and high school students. He has written a MAPEH textbook for a local publishing company.

Currently, he works as a public school teacher in the Division of Rizal and is completing his masteral thesis in art education at UP. With his creativity, he helps people de-stress and relax through creative arts and crafts for self-improvement. Since 2016 until the present, he coaches teachers taking the LET as part of the MAPEH team of RevYou Hub (then MindGym).
